I have Big Shoes to fill!

I turned 2 today and wow was it amazing. Being 2 comes with a lot of responsibility and I am taking it all very seriously. I can now go pee pee in the potty, climb up into my big boy high chair all by myself, talk in 4 and 5 word sentences, and all kinds of other big boy stuff. Mommie and Daddy are so proud of me because I am growing so strong and big. I weigh 30.8lbs now and am 2' 8" tall. I hope being two is as much fun as being 1 was.

Very Serious Pumpkin Business

Last weekend we went over to Noe Valley to visit Auntie Laura and Vanitha Patti and also to go to the Harvest Festival. It was so much fun and I got to decorate a pumpkin all by myself. Jessica mostly hung out in the stroller and watched. It was really warm and we all had such a nice day.

Pearly Whites
I finally got my first two teeth! I have been trying for a couple of months now to get these suckers out, but finally last week they made their appearance. I have already gotten the hang of using them and Mommie says the tiny teeth marks on her fingers are cute.

The Wheels On The Bus
One reason we decided to have Jason and Jessica only 18 months apart is that we were hoping they would be closer and like to play together. We figured that this wouldn't happen though until they were both 2 or 3. As luck would have it they both adore each other and already enjoy playing. Jason loves to entertain her weather it be with silly faces or noises, or going up for hugs and kisses. Last night we were having a little dance party in the kitchen and Jason was trying to show Jessica how to clap her hands. She adores her brother and lets out squeals of glee at all of his antics. By far though, the cutest thing to date was the two of them riding around on the toy car's that Jason calls "my bus" and "baby's bus". I'm sure there are many many hair pulling and screaming fights to come, but for now we are enjoying watching them have so much fun together.

Half Pint
I turned a half today! That's 6 whole months I have been on this planet and boy am I a big girl. I am now 2' 3" tall (still over a full inch taller than my brother was at my age) and I weigh 18 lbs. Mommie says I am destined to be tall and thin. My skills are really exploding now too. I can sit up all by myself, roll over both ways, do really good push ups, and I totally know what my name is! I also am really good with my solids and I also like drinking out of a sippy cup. Lately, I have really been enjoying standing as well and if you prop me up and I can hold onto something I will stand there for a second all by myself! Someone ought to be nearby though, because I still topple over.

The Jay Jays's!
Last weekend I had a visit from a whole bunch of jet planes flying right over my house. It was so neat to watch them up so close. We have some really nice neighbors by our new house and they invited us over for a party. Jessica stayed at home with Nona because Mommie said the loud sounds would scare her. I can't wait until next year when we will be watching them from our new house!

Getting Hitched!
This past weekend my Tita Reyna and Uncle Kevin got married! I got to be in the wedding and carry the rings down the aisle. Mommie said this was a very important job and I took it very seriously. My friend Aubrey was also in the wedding. She had a fun job too where she got to throw flowers at people as she walked down the aisle. She was really good at it and made sure to hit lots of people with her flowers, everyone laughed! After the big event we had a lot of fun eating a dancing. This was wedding number 5 for the summer and whew, am I exhausted!

Mommie and me love to read the latest Hollywood gossip in our smut mags. I especially like the way People tastes. Now that I can sit up all by myself we have all kinds of fun things we can do together.
